Privacy Policy
We are highly concern patients' privacy. Our clinic provide only private rooms, hence the conversation will be kept only between patient and practitioner. Our Clinic do our best to provide comfortable and cozy atmosphere.
We are also fully aware that fertility treatment is very delicate issue. We are able to reserve whole space of our clinic only for you upon request. Not to mention that we will protect the confidentiality of private information.

Q2. How much is it around for the treatment?
Initial consultation fee is ￥3,500 (incurred only on first visit).
Treatment fee varies according to your conditions and symptoms.

Q3. Is acupuncture covered by medical insurance?
Acupuncture is recognized by most foreign medical insurance carriers, and many group plans include acupuncture as a covered benefit. Please consult with your insurance company for details.
We also take national health insurance (The consent form by doctor will be required. Please ask us for the details.). National health insurance will only cover the ailments listed below:
1)neuralgia
2)rheumatism
3)Frozen Shoulder
4)Residual pain in the neck from sprain
5)Thorasic Output Syndrome
6)Back Pain

Q1. Is there any english speaker?
We provide trilingual capability (Japanese, English and Chinese). All our clinic staff are fluent in English.
Q2. Do you provide car park?
There is a paid car park right across our clinic.
Q3. Do I need to make a reservation?
Patients are seen on an appointment only. Please contact us even on the day.
Q4. What is opening hours?
10：00 ～ 14：00 16：00 ～ 20：00 Close on Thursday
Cancellation policy
If you cannot make an appointment, we ask that you provide a notice of a change or cancellation of an appointment by the previous day. A charge that are same with treatment fee may applies to appointments that are cancelled on the day of your appointment.
